Support Channels and Hours
You can reach our sales and support team by phone, email or the contact form on our website. We’re available 6 days a week, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM. Requests submitted through the contact form are answered within 1 business day at the latest.
A Dedicated, Isolated Database for Your Company
bakimo runs on a multi-tenant architecture: each company’s data is kept in its own separate database, never mixed with or shared across other companies. This provides both data privacy and performance isolation.
Role-Based Access Control
Users can only view/edit within the warehouse, workshop and process permissions assigned to them. Who can see and change what is managed centrally.
Audit Logs
Changes to critical records (who changed what, and when) are tracked by the system. This is used both for internal audits and for after-the-fact review in case of a dispute.
